Few among us haven’t dreamed of Derek Zoolander’s impossibly smooth, ageless complexion. (So hot right now!) But at long last, the model and icon is putting the formula to his ridiculous good looks in our hands, via his debut skincare line.
Better yet, the collection’s launch coincides with the grand opening of the Derek Zoolander Center for People Who Don’t Age Good (or DZCFPWDAG), which opens its doors in New York City tomorrow, February 9.
In Zoolander’s widely regarded philanthropic spirit, all visits to the DZCFPWDAG will be completely complimentary and open to all. “DZCFPWDAG’s proven 6.5-step program was born out Derek’s aversion to other, traditional 12-step processes, and his desire for a leaner, more efficient approach to an issue affecting the population at large,” a rep for Zoolander told us today. And that’s not all this “state-of-the-art” experience entails: “Clients can expect to be guided along their youthification journey by ridiculously good-looking and supple-skinned male models.” Well, sure.
Those who aren’t in the NYC area for fashion week (or otherwise) shouldn’t fret—the skincare line will be available at selected Kiehl’s locations nationwide and, of course, online. Just snatch them up fast, because it’s only a matter of time before these products go the way of the Orange Mocha Frappuccino.
What do you think of Zoolander’s foray into the beauty world (barring his prior experience as the face/merman of Aveda, of course)?
