The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is being filmed today, which means the models walking have all been hard at work toning their bodies to perfection. Yes, undoubtedly these women have incredible figures, but exercise is great for everyone, whether you're a supermodel with wings or not. The key to making a change in your body is consistency, and you need to find a workout that you love so that you're more likely to stick to it.

Case in point: Gigi Hadid, who has walked previously. We never see her pounding on a treadmill, but we all know she loves boxing and training with Rob Piela at Gotham Gym in New York.
