Listen, when it comes to getting a "bikini body" this summer, we're all about getting there by being confident in your own skin, owning what you've got, and not going on a strict diet of celery, cayenne, and water to get there. There should be no definitive "bikini body" or a set standard of what you should look like—it's just not healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally. So although the Victoria's Secret models have enviable bodies that we may not be able to achieve, they've lent some surprisingly easy-to-follow advice by way of Vogue for quickly gearing up for a beach day without hating yourself along the way.

"Before hitting the beach, I always make sure to use sunscreen and then to have a nice glow, I like to use Nars Monoï Body Glow ($59) on top. It gives you that perfect sun-kissed bronze skin! I also love to give my face a spritz of rosewater—I keep it in my beach bag to use throughout the day to stay refreshed."
"For those who hate running, I’m sorry, but it really does the trick. I notice that my body really transforms from even just 30 minutes a day. If you don’t like doing it, find something to motivate you—cute new workout clothes, an amazing playlist, a great scenic path, or a [fitness] buddy."
"Always fit in a workout the night before or the morning of your beach day—even if you don’t notice that much of a physical difference, it will make you feel more confident. [I like] Body by Simone ($33), which is a mix of cardio, butt, and abs, so you feel really sleek and chiseled."
