15 Products We All Unanimously Agree Are Amazing

We Byrdie editors go through a ton of products—each one tailored to our specific skin types, tones, and needs. But every once in a while a product comes along that woos every single one of us. It's those staple makeup and skincare offerings that we can't help but fall in love with, no matter what our personal needs are. Things like the perfect sunscreen that doubles as a makeup primer; a warm, woody scent we all feel connected to; or an at-home peel that offers results we literally had to see to believe.

Below, find those very products from the editors at Byrdie HQ. Each one is a favorite of every single one of our editors, ranging from self-tanning mousse to vitamin C serum. Get ready to fall in love.

Tatcha Silken Pore Perfecting Sunscreen
Tatcha Silken Pore Perfecting Sunscreen $65

"Ask any Byrdie editor to name a great sunscreen, and Tatcha's will probably be first on her list," says Amanda, our features editor. "The formula is invisible, non-greasy, fragrance-free, and works as a great primer. Expensive, yes, but you get what you pay for."

Tom Ford Cream Color For Eyes
Tom Ford Cream Color For Eyes $46

"Editorial Director Faith and I are both smitten with Tom Ford's too-pretty-for-words cream shadows, and every time we wear them, we find each other asking, 'What's on your eyes?' without fail," Amanda says. "The shadow is super blendable and comes in tons of beautiful, wearable shades."

ModelCo More Brows
ModelCo More Brows $18

"When Byrdie's assistant editor Erin and I discovered ModelCo's brow gel, it was like two girls falling for the same person simultaneously," Amanda notes. "Luckily, there's plenty of this stuff to go around. No other gel dispenses pigmented onto my brow hairs or keeps them in place anywhere as well. The final result is thick, feathered, and highly compliment-worthy."

Flesh Firm Flesh Thickstick Foundation
Flesh Firm Flesh Thickstick Foundation $18 $5

When the iconic journalist Linda Wells launched a line of makeup products, we all took notice. And when we found out the Flesh foundation sticks are blendable, velvety, and available in a slew of diverse shades, Byrdie HQ had a collective joyful squeal. These tiny, portable sticks offer buildable coverage with the ability to cover, conceal, and contour. It seems thick at first, but once blended, the formula melts into your skin in the dewiest of ways. We can't get enough.

SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic
Skinceuticals C E Ferulic $166

You can't get through a day at Byrdie's office without discussing SkinCeuticals' C E Ferulic. It's the center of at least one conversation between ourselves and our co-workers at least once every 24 hours. Together, vitamins C and E and ferulic acid make individual antioxidants stronger and more effective. This little bottle of goodness nixes any dark spots, moisture loss, and provides a lit-from-within glow you never knew you had.

Stila Heaven's Dew All Over Glimmer
Stila Heaven's Dew All Over Glimmer $25

I kid you not, the second Faith rubbed her finger on this soft, cream-powder hybrid gem, we both let out a scream. It's so good. It feels bouncy to the touch and allows for a hyper-lustrous, glistening effect, without a wet texture. You can apply it to your cheeks, Cupid's bow, brow bone, the inner corners of your eyes, and even your collarbone and shoulders. It's a heavenly, pearlescent glimmer that looks bold or subtle depending on your mood (and how much you layer it on).

RMS Living Luminizer
RMS Living Luminizer $38

This is a tried-and-true editor favorite here at Byrdie. We can't stop writing about it or talking about or basically shouting its brilliance from the rooftops. It has a base of coconut oil (so it's actually good for your skin) and offers the meltiest, glowiest, most natural-looking highlight that never, ever dries down. I apply it everywhere the light hits, and I won't ever stop. Oh, and it's all-natural to boot.

Shani Darden Texture Reform Gentle Resurfacing Serum
Shani Darden Texture Reform Gentle Resurfacing Serum $88

Faith suggested this gentler version of Darden's original retinol product when I asked how to keep my sensitive skin looking particularly radiant. And she was right on the money. I couldn't believe how transformed my skin looked when I woke up after applying it the night before. My pores were practically erased, my skin even, and my lingering breakouts are gone. As a team, we're split down the middle between this serum and its cult-favorite counterpart, but either way, they both rule.

Stila Glitter & Glow Liquid Eyeshadow
Stila Glitter & Glow Liquid Eyeshadow $24

This is the best glitter liquid eye shadow, hands down. Ask anyone in the industry and they'll agree. It is entirely foolproof. It blends like a dream, glides on effortlessly, feels lightweight, and is infused with water to keep everything comfortable and in place. Then, there's the sparkle. I've never worn it without getting a ton of compliments.

Renée Rouleau Triple Berry Smoothing Peel
Renée Rouleau Triple Berry Smoothing Peel $89

"The Triple Berry Smoothing Peel is a great one because you only need to leave it on for five minutes," celebrity esthetician Renée Rouleau told us right before we all became addicted to the glowy, clear results her professional-strength at-home peel yields. I use it any time I want to look especially good and fresh. It works better than anything else I've used. And it smells like jam.

St. Tropez Self Tan Classic Bronzing Mousse
St. Tropez Self Tan Classic Bronzing Mousse $32

We all dabble in a few different self-tanning products, but this one is one we always come back to. It's long-lasting, doesn't smell, and it's shockingly easy to apply (with no streaks ever). It won't keep your skin tacky as it dries, and it offers an even, golden glow every single time.

Carlen Aztec Noir Eau de Parfum
Carlen Aztec Noir Eau de Parfum $110

Every single one of us can't get enough of palo santo and sandalwood scents. It's so warm, earthy, and sultry all at the same time. This one, Aztec Noir, is wellness editor Victoria's favorite. It mixes that woodiness with lemongrass, amber, and white grapefruit.

Eve Lom Cleanser
Eve Lom Cleanser $80

As far as cleansing balms go, this one is the gold-star formula. It decongests your pores, gently exfoliates, and soothes any lingering irritation on your skin. Eve Lom uses a combination of essential oils (clove, eucalyptus, chamomile, and hops) to target blemishes, combat toxins, and soften your skin all at once. It smells incredible and feels even better, all the while uncovering your best skin yet. We're all completely obsessed.

Tarte Double Duty Beauty Shape Tape Contour Concealer
Tarte Double Duty Beauty Shape Tape Contour Concealer $27

At this point, we can't even remember who tried this gem first, but we all use it (and can't get enough). There must be some kind of magic in this little tube because it's the only concealer we've used that absolutely does not crease. Not ever. It's pretty unbelievable. It's blendable, matte, and once it's locked in place, it won't budge until you decide to take it off. It's the holy grail of concealers, trust.

Rituel de Fille Rare Light Luminizer
Rituel de Fille Rare Light Luminizer $29

In our minds, the more highlighter options the better. So while we're in love with RMS's Living Luminizer ($38), that doesn't mean we don't sometimes stray to Rituel de Fille's offering when we're in the mood. "Who could guess that this sleek little compact would house the creamy, iridescent, cherub skin–giving highlighter of your dreams?" Faith says of the product. "First of all, the texture. Not sticky but not velvety either. The creamy consistency warms up and melts when you swirl your finger in it and then sinks into your skin wherever you tap it and gives you an ethereal, angel-like glow. I once described the glow this highlighter gives as 'less unicorn, more cosmic baby angel fairy,' and I stand by that very scientific statement today."

FYI: These are the best drugstore skincare products, based on your skin type.
