Major congrats are in order for Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and actor Jason Statham—the model took to Instagram this week to share the happy news that the couple is expecting their first child together.
We have no doubt whatsoever that pregnancy (and motherhood) will suit RHW, and still fully expect the same unrelenting flow of impossibly savvy beauty hacks and product recommendations. In fact, in honor of the happy occasion, we thought we'd count down some of the very best pointers we've picked up from the model over the years. Below, find some of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's most valuable beauty tips. Congrats again, you two!
For Huntington-Whiteley, contouring isn't a super-involved process—in fact, it just requires a few deft swipes of a sculpting stick and some quick blending. Get her 54-second tutorial (brought to us by her glorious Snapchat account) here.
Believe it or not, even RHW suffers from skin issues. "I have to be really diligent [about my routine]," she says. She credits esthetician Shani Darden's proprietary retinol for keeping her complexion glowing at all times—and she's not the only one. Jessica Alba, Lea Michele, and countless other gorgeously complexioned A-listers also swear by the product—and we can definitely vouch for it too.
RHW swears by Caudalie's Cleansing Milk since it thoroughly removes any grime or residual makeup while moisturizing at the same time. For skin that's particularly prone to dryness, even using just a toner or a micellar water is a great way to start off the day—you can use your heftier cleanser in the evening.
The model likes to use cotton pads to remove her makeup, but does so with care. "It's always very important when removing your eye makeup to try to be gentle and not rub too much," she tells us.
Huntington-Whiteley's hair routine could not be more minimal: "I'll blow-dry my hair and wrap it up in a little bun and go to bed. Then when I wake up in the morning, it'll have a nice curl to it, a little bend," she says. If anything, she might add a blast of dry shampoo to give it a lift, but that's it.
