Rachel McAdams might have left the SAG Awards with a statuette in hand, but snagging the award for her work in Spotlight was hardly her only winning moment of the evening (though it was certainly the most important). For example, can we talk about the actress's gorgeous red carpet ensemble? And more specifically, her hair?
It's a tricky balance to keep the undone look from being, well, too undone. But stylist Mark Townsend rumpled McAdams's bob just enough to keep it as polished as it seemed effortless—and you'll never guess which drugstore product was his secret weapon.

After using both a 1-inch curling iron and a flat-iron to create ringlets and "S" waves all over, Townsend grabbed a bottle of Dove's Refresh+Care Volume and Fullness Dry Shampoo ($6) and sprayed it liberally for texture and volume, loosening and tousling the actress' curls as he went. The result: A devil-may-care take on the bob that's still red carpet (and office, and weekend)-appropriate.
