13 Pastel Makeup Products for Spring

 Beauty is Boring

With Easter behind us and Memorial Day ahead, there is no denying that spring is here. And, with this sunny season comes, you guessed it—pastel makeup. Colorful and pretty, pastel makeup is to spring beauty as florals are to spring fashion—absolutely necessary—which is why we've rounded up the prettiest pastel makeup colors and products for you to try this season.

Pastel makeup has the reputation of being supremely pretty with no ounce of edge whatsoever. However, designers turned that notion on its head this season, with models rocking pale purple brows at Gucci and shimmering pastel shadows accompanied by charcoal liner at Jill Stuart. Not your thing? Traditional pastels were seen on many a runway as well. Take, for instance, the subtle swipe of pink blush as seen at Reem Acra's, or Marc Jacobs's S/S 17 shows in which models wore nearly no makeup but a soft mint shadow. Case in point: Whichever way you plan to wear pastels, you really can't go wrong.
