These Organic Face Serums Are Filled With Only the Good Stuff

Updated 02/05/18

I’ll admit it: I met organic skincare with a bit of skepticism. But natural products have continued to infiltrate my bathroom vanitiy this year, and I can’t say I’m mad about it—because with antioxidant-rich vitamins and oils and powerful botanical blends, it’s safe to say that our bodies are reaping the benefits of non-chemical ingredients (what’s up, dewy, soft skin?). This is all to say that if you haven't tried your hand at organic skincare just yet, the time is now.

Ahead, we rounded up 12 organic face serums that hydrate parched skin, brighten dull complexions, and stop excess sebum in its tracks. Shop them all below.

Vintner’s Daughter Active Botanical Serum ($185)

"This luxurious face oil is called a serum because it's packed with 22 active botanicals,” says Byrdie Editorial Director Faith Xue. “I use it anytime my skin looks dull, and it’s like waking up to a new complexion; my skin looks noticeably brighter, clearer and more balanced. It’s such an exquisite product and well worth the price tag.”

True Botanicals Hydrating Serum ($85)

Rather than sitting on top of your skin, True Botanicals’ serum uses a combination of super-moisturizing hyaluronic acid, skin-softening sodium alginate, and soothing green and white tea leaf extracts to deeply hydrate even the driest of complexions.

May Lindstrom The Youth Dew ($140)

After massaging two drops of this powerful serum onto skin morning and night, a blend of skin-protecting antioxidants and vitamins work to soothe dry and oily complexions.
