When we look at Miranda Kerr, a slew of questions come to mind, such as How does her skin look that amazing? What fountain of youth is she drinking from? Where's the sign-up sheet so I can look like that too? Clearly she's hit the genetic lottery, but we'd be mistaken to think that she doesn't also follow a strict fitness regimen and healthy eating habits, the latter of which StyleCaster so graciously shared recently. In a typical day, the supermodel will eat avocado on gluten-free toast, along with a cup of earl grey tea. She tells StyleCaster that she eats bright and early in the morning at 7 a.m.
Sadly, a common lunch for Miranda doesn't exactly include french fries (we imagine the above picture was taken on cheat day), but it does include a chopped spinach salad with grilled salmon, fennel, green olives, tomato, and carrot shortly after noon.
For dinner, Miranda likes to have roast chicken and vegetables and a glass of organic wine. We'll pretty much take a glass of pinot any way it comes, but the Aussie likes to eat (and drink) clean: "[I won't eat] anything that’s genetically modified or not farmed ethically," she told StyleCaster.
For snack time, Miranda loves eating seaweed (yep, you read that right!). She also enjoys Mary's Flaxseed Crackers with goat cheese and Herbamare salt ($18).
