It's been 20 years since Miranda Kerr came into our lives via a teen mag modeling competition win, and two decades later she is still a picture of health. From her sparkling complexion to those graceful pins, the model radiates natural beauty from every pore. Recently, in an exclusive interview with MyDomaine, the Australian beauty opened up about how she juggles everything from childcare to work without skimping on self-care.
In the interview, Kerr names a laundry list of skincare lotions and potions she relies on to keep her complexion glowy. And while she talks about everything from multi-masking to facial mist, there's one detox tip Kerr mentions that she's actually sworn by for years: Dry body brushing.
The earliest record we can find of Kerr talking about the benefits of this rejuvenating practice is back in 2010, which means she's been a fan for at least nine years. "It's a great way to get the circulation going and remove dead skin cells," she explains. If you're unfamiliar, the practice involves sweeping a body brush over your skin in circular motions to boost circulation. Kerr applies her own Noni Glow Oil ($68) first, to give her skin some slip.
