The royal wedding is inching closer and closer (doesn't it feel like Meghan and Prince Harry only just got engaged?), and we'd be lying if we said we weren't anxiously awaiting Markle's arrival at St. George's Chapel. Will she wear a long-sleeved lace dress like Kate and Diana? Will her hair be worn up or down? How is she prepping her skin for one of the most public and widely televised nuptials in history? Considering she'll be broadcast in HD and plastered all over magazine covers and the collective interweb, it's a safe bet her pre-wedding skincare will be fit for a soon-to-be duchess. Future sister-in-law Kate Middleton reportedly got a bee venom facial days before her own royal wedding to act as natural Botox. And as it turns out, Markle will be also be receiving intense treatment (no insects involved, though).

"I do facial exercises from one of my favorite aestheticians, Nichola Joss, who basically has you sculpt your face from the inside out," Markle told Birchbox in 2014. "I swear it works. On the days I do it, my cheekbones and jawline are way more sculpted."

Joss has worked with Markle for years doing a vigorous facial massage that promotes lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness, among other benefits, and leading up to the wedding, Markle will be receiving Lumity's facial massage. Joss has collaborated with skin expert Sara Palmer Hussey, Ph.D., founder of Lumity, to create two facials; the Morning Awaken facial and the Night facial. The morning facial will help de-puff and stimulate the skin by draining the excess fluid around the face and eyes and improve circulation to deliver oxygen and nutrients to the skin, and the evening facial will relax the facial muscles. But perhaps the best part of the massage is that it's essentially a noninvasive facelift. By kneading the muscles, the facial contours are defined and lifted.

With just a few drops of Lumity Facial Oil ($80) (though you can use whichever noncomedogenic oil you have at home), Joss performs the massage for an instant cheekbone- and jaw-defining treatment. Watch her perform the morning routine below:
