Nothing can stop Megan Thee Stallion from having another hot girl summer. The “Girls In The Hood” rapper has been named the newest Revlon Global Brand Ambassador and made her debut with a makeup look fit for a hot girl. Megan joins other famous, diverse Revlon faces including current Beauty Ambassadors Gal Gadot, Ashley Graham, Sofia Carson, Jessica Jung, Adwoa Aboah, and Eniola Abioro.
“I’ve always set the bar high for myself with everything I do, but to now be a brand ambassador for Revlon, it feels like a new level,” said Megan in a press release. “To me, the Revlon brand stands for both beauty and female strength and I’m excited to help define what that means to a new generation of women.”
But back to the campaign makeup: Megan did the entire look herself. Yes, she has been known to moonlight as her own makeup artist from time to time. The photos give us all the Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes feels, which have us wondering if she got her inspiration from the late TLC member’s catalog of futuristic '90s glam and gave it her own spin.
The rapper flexed her beauty vlogger skills for Youtube and gave fans a step-by-step tutorial on how she achieved this flawless face. Her campaign uses seven Revlon products all priced under $15. On her skin is ColorStay foundation and concealer ($11). The foundation has an SPF of 15 and comes formulated for two skin types: Combination/Oily or Normal/Dry—both priced at $15. She gave herself that glow with the brand’s Skinlights Prismatic Highlighter ($12). For her eyes, the rapper used ColorStay Looks Book Eye Shadow Palette in Player ($10) and So Fierce Mascara ($9). Lastly, her lips got a swipe of Super Lustrous Luscious Mattes Lipstick in On Fire ($9) which she topped with Super Lustrous The Gloss in Crystal Clear ($9). Her makeup skills and these price points—savage.
