As it turns out, you can get radiant skin with products that have minimal luster, resulting in a look that's fresh, non-greasy, and natural.
A word of caution: You can't just pick up a matte foundation and apply it the same way you would your dewy makeup—the wrong technique will give you a dull, washed-out look (the opposite of what you're going for).
