As writers, we have a soft spot for good rhyme—even more so when it’s in support of an important cause. Marc Jacobs just launched his #GratefulNotHateful campaign, a rainbow-hued portrait series that proves pride is bold, beautiful, and goes beyond just parades. Videos and portraits featuring influencers, celebrities and Jacobs himself donning all seven colors of the rainbow (using his Marc Jacobs gel Eye Crayons, naturally) are being blasted on all of the brand’s social media accounts. Jacobs tapped makeup legends Diane Kendal, Dick Page, Sarah Tanno and Paul Blanch to create the looks, which range from vibrant ocean blue to sunset hues. And in the spirit of giving, Jacobs has pledged to donate $100,000 to LGBTQ charities around the world. How’s that for some feel-good news before the weekend? Keep scrolling to see all of the looks—we’ll be saving them for our Pride plans this weekend.
