As writers, we have a soft spot for good rhyme—even more so when it’s in support of an important cause. Which is why we love Marc Jacobs' #GratefulNotHateful campaign, a rainbow-hued portrait series that proves pride is bold, beautiful, and goes beyond just parades. The campaign featured videos and portraits featuring influencers, celebrities and Jacobs himself donning all seven colors of the rainbow (using his Marc Jacobs gel Eye Crayons, naturally.) Jacobs tapped makeup legends Diane Kendal, Dick Page, Sarah Tanno and Paul Blanch to create the looks, which range from vibrant ocean blue to sunset hues. And in the spirit of giving, Jacobs has pledged to donate $100,000 to LGBTQ charities around the world.
Cheers to Pride, all day every day.
