MAC Launched the Perfect Red Lipstick Just in Time for Valentine's Day

How steadfast is your devotion to all things MAC? Were you among the first to nab the much-anticipated Selena collection? Do you never leave the house without your trusty Lipglass? Are you guilty of extolling the virtues of the universally flattering Ruby Woo to friends, family, and the occasional stranger?

As far as we're concerned, there's no better test of commitment than via temptation of the wallet—which is why we're counting down all of the label's buzziest recent launches. Click through the gallery below to make sure you're up to date on all things MAC—or, if nothing else, to simply to see if you can make it through without splurging on a new favorite. Lip Kits

The specs: While we've had the ability to mix and match MAC lip liners and lipsticks for years, the brand just quietly launched pre-packaged kits ($29), which will save you more than $5. The difference between these and, say, those of the Kylie Jenner variety? Well, there's the lack of liquid lipstick, for starters, in favor of the more traditional cream-based formula you know and love. Also, a couple of the kits feature liner and lipstick that are slightly different shades—all the better for lip-contouring.

When to get it: The sets are available now at selected department stores, including Macy's.

The specs: Are you sitting down? Because MAC's iconic Ruby Woo will now available in scent form ($17), along with five other fragrances inspired by the brand's top-selling lipsticks: Lady Danger, My Heroine, Candy Yum-Yum, Velvet Teddy, and Crème d'Nude.

Standouts: All of the fragrances sound positively intoxicating, but we have our eye on Velvet Teddy and Crème d'Nude in particular: The former is a sweet yet alluring blend of honey and musk, while the latter is meant to evoke the essence of bare skin.

When to get it: The scents are available online now.

Selena Collection

The specs: After its first announcement last year, to say that this range was highly anticipated would be the understatement of the century—the entire collection sold old almost instantly, and some fans even waited overnight outside MAC boutiques across the country to snag the goods on launch day. But it's just as well, as the '90s nostalgia factor and our collective love for the legendary Selena Quintanilla never wane. When MAC does restock, look out for punchy eye shadows, a bronzer-blush duo, and, of course, lip product galore.

Standouts: If you only swipe up one product, it obviously has to be one of the wine-hued lipsticks ($15)—Quintanilla's signature.

When to get it: Stay tuned for word on MAC's restock, and in the meantime, keep an eye out for the range at MAC retailers like Saks and Nordstrom.
