As a TV personality and It girl, Louise Roe’s skin gets put through a lot on a daily basis, with regular exposure to dry airplane cabins on her travels and heavy makeup under bright lights during filming.
But for Louise, her sometimes busy lifestyle is #WorththeWrinkle. To combat these factors, Louise has developed a surprisingly simple skincare routine using Clarins that keeps her skin camera-ready and glowing (even sans foundation).

“When taking care of your skin, it’s important to follow these age-old steps: cleanse, tone, apply serum, and then moisturize. I fell in love with this creamy foaming cleanser from Clarins when I stayed over at a friend’s house and borrowed it in her shower. I had to get some! It takes every last scrap of my makeup off without stripping my skin of moisture.”
“Next, I put toner on a cotton ball and sweep over my face in an upward motion (this helps with blood circulation) to open up the pores.”
“Then comes the serum, which is absorbed immediately, like a drink of water. It’s important to start using a serum as soon as possible—even in your 20s before you see any fine lines!”
“Finally, depending on the time of day, I finish off with a day cream or night cream to lock in moisture and let the anti-aging properties get to work.”
“It’s just as important to keep your lips exfoliated and hydrated as it is for the skin on your face. I’d never seen a lip oil before this one, but I’ve been using this Lip Comfort Oil for about two weeks now (I take it on the plane), and lipstick never dries up on me anymore. It goes beyond a normal lip balm in that it moisturizes, adds shine, and even plumps your lips!”
