Elegant, cheekbone endowed, and never one to shy away from a statement-making makeup look (see 2014's Met Gala), Chinese model Liu Wen is our ultimate beauty crush. Thus, we were thrilled when we found out Wen had collaborated with Estée Lauder’s The Estée Edit on a Chinese New Year–inspired photo shoot. We expected the red lip of our dreams and were not disappointed. Shot by Garance Doré with makeup by Victor Henao, the shoot follows Wen over the course of the day with three different makeup looks that range from barely there to nighttime glamorous.

Ah, yes. We wake up like this too (in our dreams). Henao used Estée Lauder's Double Wear Makeup To Go ($45) to create a flawless base for this look.
“I used color #5 from the Pure Color Envy Defiant Nude Eyeshadow Palette ($50) on the lid and diffused it up to the crease," Henao says. "Then, I used the Little Black Liner ($30) to give Liu a little bit of a kitten eye…a slightly extended cat-eye.”
Dewy skin, defined brows, and a perfect red lip—in other words, our dream evening look. Henao used Estée Lauder's Pure Color Envy Lipstick ($30) in Envious, a perfect true red. (Hourglass's Femme Rouge Velvet Crème Lipstick, $30, in Icon and Kosas Lipstick, $24, in Fringe are also great reds.)
