Experience
Lauren Armstrong, RDN, has dipped her feet in many areas of health and dietetics. Educating and counseling families on nutrition is where Lauren's passion for writing started. It went from creating pamphlets and handouts for her community, to writing for well-known publications. Her career first started with managing a university dining service, focusing on budgets and proper food handling. From there she transitioned into community dietetics, working several years in the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program.
