Cellulite: not exactly woman’s best friend. If you’ve got it, you likely aren’t that into it—and you’re not alone. But listen up, because there’s buzz of a possible solution. Cryohealthcare, a clinic in Los Angeles, says it can get rid of the dimpling commonly found on legs and hips through a process called “freezing.” (Sounds uncomfy!) According to the clinic’s website, “Cellulite freezing is a 30-minute treatment (per area) and causes fat cells to disintegrate, resulting in tightening and 'shrinking' of body areas.” Our ears are perked! Each treatment will cost you $90 per area (not too bad), $165 if you include the suggested compression therapy and vitamin shots, an injection of B12 and Lipo-B. We’re not quite willing to part with our beloved yet torturous workouts and our trusty Clarins cellulite control cream ($70) to try the new trend. But maybe we'll work it into our routine this month in honor of bikini season. We'll be sure to share the results.
What do you think? Have you tried cellulite freezing? Did it work? Did it hurt? Let us know in the comments!
