From her morning smoothie recipe to her diet trick for de-bloating fast, the eldest Kardashian sister has no shortage of stellar beauty and wellness tips—and her latest admission might be her quirkiest yet. In a recent interview with E!, Kourtney revealed that before she steps into the shower every day, she likes to do 100 squats right then and there. "[Then] I won't forget," she explains. "It's my time."

And believe it or not, that's not the only way she utilizes the restroom as a makeshift gym. "If I know bikini time is coming up or I have a trip or I have something that I want to be extra in-shape for, I'll do dips on my bathtub for my triceps," she says. "I'll try to do three sets of 25 a day."
