Just six months after giving birth to baby Saint, Kim Kardashian West has already whipped her body back into pre-pregnancy shape, dropping a total of 60 pounds—and she's not even done yet. Kardashian West tells People that by continuing to abide by her current workout and diet plan (which is clearly working for her), she hopes to reach her goal weight of 120 pounds.
"Anyone who has had kids knows your body changes, and it’s hard to get your body back in shape," she tells the mag. "It takes so much determination and mental and physical power and energy." The surest sign of commitment? When you commission a series of emoji dedicated to the cause:
Aside from regular workouts (which include four-mile runs, jumping rope, and Pilates), Kardashian West sticks to an Atkins-leaning diet plan, keeping carbs to a minimum and never eating more than 1800 calories in a single day. That being said, from the looks of the food diary she provided People, she's never deprived: She gets two snacks a day—often of the chocolate variety—in addition to three solid meals a day. And said meals look goo-ood.
Consider her typical breakfasts: On any given morning, Kardashian West might start the day off with scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and smoked Gouda, with Greek yogurt topped with blueberries on the side. Another starter meal in her rotation is chicken chorizo and cauliflower sauté with cheese and salsa. Dieting has never sounded so palatable, no?
