Kim Kardashian West has been more than willing to let us in on her weight-loss secrets. After her second baby, Saint West, was born, the reality star was quick to plan her post-pregnancy snapback. And snap back she did—we know because she documented the entire thing on Snapchat.
Down 70 pounds and looking unbelievably svelte (let's be real, her body's incredible at literally any weight), Kardashian West is dishing on all things diet and exercise. On her app, she shared a food diary so we could keep up with her plan. While it's very intense (no sugar, no carbs), her salad of choice sounds decidedly delicious. All you have to do is mix three ingredients: spinach, grilled lime chicken, and feta-ranch dressing. Easy enough, right?
If her diet isn't really your cup of tea (or bowl of salad), Beyoncé reportedly opts for a salad with seaweed, kale, carrots, cucumber, scallions, toasted almonds, cilantro, and basil. Which, honestly, also sounds like it would hit the spot. Maybe dieting isn't so hard after all (I type as I polish off an omelet brimming with cheese and a side of hash browns…).
