If you scroll through Khloé Kardashian's Instagram (as we often do), you'll see the star's enviable fitness photos and gym snaps of her incredible body. But dive deeper into the Internet and you might also find some allegations that Khloé's love for exercise extends beyond a desire to be fit—some go so far as to say she's addicted. But as she told Joe Zee for Yahoo Style, "No, I'm not. You're damned if you do and damned if you don't." While exercise addiction is a real thing with a justifiable cause for concern, Khloé's proud of the (killer) body she's sculpted and the healthy relationship she's developed with fitness.
As for her relationship with food, she says that it hasn't changed at all: "I'm obsessed with food. But it's like, I've made healthier choices, but … I've learned to love different types of food." Don't expect the star to be sipping on any green juices, though—that's one of the key items she avoids: "I've learned to stay away from juices—things that are like, empty calories." However, she still believes in treating herself and says that she still eats her favorite foods—chicken fingers and pizza—from time to time. Managing to have that body while still eating what she wants? You go, Khloé.
