Way back in January, we put some Instagram clues together and concluded that some kind of collaboration between makeup giants Kat Von D and Too Faced's Jerrod Blandino was in the works. Some eight months later, the word is officially out: The two brands have co-created a palette, and now that the first pictures are out, beauty fans everywhere are losing their minds.
Really, we should say palettes, plural, because it's actually two halves that make a whole. The combo product, aptly called Better Together, is shaped like a heart split in half, like two puzzle pieces that fit together. They’re even magnetic—so cute, right? But really, the shape was created to reflect Von D and Blandino’s close friendship—and their appreciation for their customers.
“This is a love letter we have created together—dedicated to all of you—in hope that it inspires love, kindness, and compassion,” Von D wrote in a note that will be included in each palette.

And now for the bad news: We’ll have to wait another few months until Better Together’s officially launch in December. On the other hand, your holiday wish list is officially a go.
