Experience

Jasmine's love for writing stems from her childhood, where she often wrote short stories and spent time typing at her mom's typewriter. During her junior year in high school, she took a journalism course that allowed her to write for the newspaper. By her second semester, she was promoted to entertainment editor and covered topics such as the latest fashion/beauty trends around school and pop culture.

During the summer of 2019, Jasmine had the opportunity to work as an editorial intern for Julia Von Boehm. Although the internship only lasted for a couple of months, she felt confident that she could begin pursuing a career in journalism. This led her to actively seek freelance writing positions, where she eventually found a home at the digital publication The Everymom. She is well-versed in topics that cover lifestyle but has begun to venture towards writing beauty articles.

Education

Jasmine graduated with a B.A. in Communications from Southern New Hampshire University.
