Isabel Mata (she/her) is a full-time wellness writer and advice columnist whose work has been published in more than 50 outlets worldwide. She facilitates a bi-weekly advice column, "Ask Izzy," in the Seattle Gay News and is the host of "Being Yourself Loudly," a Queer podcast de-stigmatizing mental illness.
Isabel has been a writer for most of her life but got her start as an editorial intern at Cosmopolitan Magazine in 2015. Her work has been featured across the women's mag sector with bylines in Cosmopolitan, Nylon, Elite Daily, People, Marie Claire, Elle, and so much more.
