First of all, you may be wondering how (or why!) the idea of being hynotized to exercise originated. Last month, Good Housekeeping published a cover story on Olivia Munn. In her interview, she revealed that she had been hypnotized to go to the gym: "I'm not exaggerating: That was on a Friday, and by Monday I was working out ever day at 6 a.m. If I missed a session, I'd double up and do it the next day," said Munn.
As we all know, the hardest part of exercising is actually getting off your bum and doing it, so we can understand why these three Elle editors decided to follow in Olivia Munn's footsteps. Did they become the new face of their respective gyms? Watch the video to hear about each of their hypnotic experiences!
