Come summer, black liner can look too heavy. And while brown looks seriously sultry, sometimes you want an eye makeup look that's fun and pretty. Enter the periwinkle wing. A soft, powdery blue, it's incredibly flattering and isn't as high maintenance or "look at me" as a wing of high-vis colour. If blue ain't your thing, no worries.
