An Expert Reveals the Exercises That Target Cellulite

Like acne and oily hair, cellulite is one of those arch nemeses that come unannounced and completely unwanted to wreak havoc on our bodies. The dreadful thing about cellulite (and all of those issues, really) is that it’s so difficult to get rid of. While you can’t eliminate cellulite entirely, there are a number of exercises you can do to tone and lift problem areas and smooth out those pesky dimples.
