These supermodels are embracing healthy lifestyles that inspire others (ourselves included), and they love to share everything from their favorite workout moves to what they eat for breakfast with the world. We're prepping lunches for the week ahead and thought What about some lunch inspo? We searched around and found that these ladies know how to keep their diets balanced and enjoy a substantial lunch—no surprise there.

We already know that Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen has incredibly healthy eating habits. So it comes as no surprise that the former Victoria's Secret Angel would casually whip up a hearty salad rich in seasonal veggies and balanced with some good-for-you grains.
Jourdan Dunn has her own show about food, and this model is no amateur when it comes to the kitchen. Dunn tells GQ that her favorite meal to cook for her and her son is grilled jerk sea bass with mango and sweet corn salsa. Sounds like the perfect lunch for two if you ask us.
If she's solo, however, a substantial seafood mix of Tandoori salmon and shrimp on a bed of greens (with a lemonade) is her lunch meal of choice. Now that's what we call a good eater!
Model Chrissy Teigen is not afraid to indulge from time to time, but her ideal healthy and satisfying lunch is sushi at Blue Ribbon Sushi in New York City. "I get the same things every time: Kanpachi Usuzukuri with extra yuzu pepper, the toro tataki, and the maguro salad," she says.
She loves the meal so much she even eats it before a photo shoot! "I actually love eating that Blue Ribbon meal before shoots. It’s light but filling and I get all the flavors I would crave if I were on a strict diet."
It should come as no surprise to know that Karlie Kloss totes around her namesake "Kookies" in her bag, but the model/coder knows a thing or two about wholesome eating. The vegetarian uses fresh ingredients for lunches that include salads and a healthy juice followed by sweet treats like apples and peanut butter. Talk about a well-balanced meal!
Supermodel and Korres Organics founder Miranda Kerr starts off her day with a protein shake and knows how important it is to keep the protein intake going throughout the day. She tells Body and Soul that for lunch she eats grilled chicken with a salad to remain healthy and full.
