Gigi Hadid has given us so many rules to live by, the most memorable of which is, "Eat clean to stay fit; have a burger to stay sane." Of course, we can get behind eating a burger (and moderation, naturally). As Hadid extends past Insta-famous teenager to supermodel with a serious résumé (including two-time Victoria's Secret runway model and the face of Reebok’s Perfect Never campaign), she continues to spout helpful fitness and life advice.
On how to stay motivated during what we assume is a grueling exercise schedule, she told Cosmopolitan: "I put a sticky note in my kitchen, and every time I walked past the squats sticky note, I had to do 15 squats. It’s a good trick because it reminds you that you have to have integrity with yourself. No one else is watching, so I have to just do it for myself." While the hordes of fans who watch her every move and the ability to make out with her rock-star boyfriend while completing a handstand (see above) are probably extremely motivating factors, her sentiment is totally valid. It's official: We're so in with both the butt-busting workouts and holding ourselves accountable.
