Have you ever wanted feathered brows? You know, the brow shape that Adele, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Kiernan Shipka have—soft, slightly arched, and naturally full. Well, now you can have them. In our latest video, Kristie Streicher, celebrity brow shaper and head of brow maintenance at L.A.-based salon Striiike, walks us through her quick and easy steps for creating full, beautiful brows. The trick? Working with what you have. For Streicher’s step-by-step instructions on how to groom your brows, keep on reading.
1. Start with a clean palette: Use a gentle cleanser like Estelle & Thild Bio-Cleanse 3-in-1 Cleansing Foam ($31) and wipe off any makeup that might collect in the brow area.
2. Brush up your brows: Starting where your brows need more fullness, take a tinted brow gel like Lancôme Sourcils Styler Brow Gel ($27) and brush your brows in an upward motion. Streicher says this “not only shows you where the little holes and sparse areas are, but it makes them immediately look a lot more filled in and fuller.”
3. Fill in remaining sparse areas: While holding your skin taut, use the tip of Eyeko Brow Liner ($19) to add a few light strokes throughout your brows. The final result: full, natural-looking brows.
