We envy celebs for a number of reasons—their wardrobe, their talent, their incredibly attractive significant others, and, when it comes to a select few, their ability to never age. Yes, that’s right—stars like J.Lo seem to possess an incredibly rare deviant to their DNA that makes it impossible for them to develop wrinkles, eye bags, and jiggly parts like the rest of us mere mortals. Don’t believe us (or just bored on your lunch break)?
Allow us to show you proof—keep flipping to see seven celebs who haven’t aged a day over the years.
Crimped hair, hair clips, silver chainmail-like halter top—oh, how we miss the ‘90s. This is Lopez at the 1990 MTV Music Awards, where she has clearly embraced every major ‘90s beauty trend and looks absolutely fabulous doing so.
This is J.Lo earlier this year at the American Idol premiere in January. Close inspection proves nary a wrinkle or droop has managed to appear in the 16-year span between these two photos. (We did, however, get some ageless skin tips from her go-to makeup artist, Mary Phillips, here).
Theron attends the Le Prix Cristal Film Star Awards in 2001 donning a slinky, strappy black dress and a deep side part.
A whopping 13 years later, Theron arrives at the Oscars without having seemed to age a single day.
Vergara arrives at the Maxim Hot 100 party with her signature smile, side bangs, and an embellished white crop top (an early-‘00s fashion staple very few will ever mourn, however flattering it is on Vergara).
Flash forward 12 years to the Emmys, where Vergara flaunted another all-white ensemble (this time, by Roberto Cavalli) and added a swipe of red lipstick. That and her super-sleek strands are the only two differences we can tell between these two photos.
Fresh-faced and with the cutest smattering of freckles, Liu was a red-carpet natural even before her breakout role in Charlie’s Angels.
Think of it this way: A child born on the day the previous picture was taken would be 15-years-old by now. Liu, on the other hand, hasn’t aged a day.
We will forever miss Stefani in the height of her No Doubt days (R.I.P double buns and bindis). This is is by far one of her tamest looks (though her signature red lip is already clearly a staple).
Other than thicker brows and two well-placed bobby pins, we have trouble finding any other differences between Stefani’s face (and hair) in this photo and the one previous.
If we had perfect bone structure, we might consider a pixie, too. Berry glows on the red carpet at the premiere of The Flintstones.
Pixie intact, Berry even kept her signature coy smile in place at the premiere of her show, Extant.
Before Elle Woods, there was this adorable, coyly smiling teenager.
Twenty years has passed between the previous photo and this one. Twenty years. That is all.
