>You probably know her from the Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue ($74) campaigns, but if you ran into Bianca Balti off-duty, you might be surprised. The model’s approach to beauty is much more au naturel. But when it comes to holiday beauty, she steps up her beauty game accordingly. Keep reading to find out how Bianca Balti does holiday beauty!
>BYRDIE: How do you change up your look during the holidays?
>BIANCA BALTI: Well, I pull out my red lipstick. Because for Christmas, red is always good. So, that’s what I usually pull out, and usually I go see my family in Italy where it’s really cold, so I also pull out the foundation because with the cold, I really tend to become more red, and I don’t like that. It’s just a little bit more more picture-ready. But usually, I don’t really care, as long as I’m not working.
>BYRDIE: How do you pack for Christmas in Italy? What’s the one product you never forget?
>BB: I am really meticulous, maybe a little OCD when I pack, so I like to fly light. I don’t like to overpack—I hate it. But No. 1 is makeup remover.
>BYRDIE: What’s your best tip for getting holiday-party ready?
>BB: The best beauty tip is to do makeup with my fingertips. It makes it so much easier, you know? Foundation first, because it looks more natural. If you’re not so good at it, as I am, then you still look decent.
