Beyoncé’s 4-Move Leg Workout Sounds Surprisingly Doable

You can eat like Beyoncé, but can you workout like her? Don’t bow out just yet. recently chatted with the man responsible for sculpting Bey’s incredibly toned legs, trainer Marco Borges, and he divulged a secret: Beyoncé’s thigh workout is surprisingly doable. It’s just four moves, and was kind enough to show us all exactly how to execute each squat, lunge, and kick. Check out the video below to see for yourself!

The routine kicks off with 10 jumping lunges, and then transitions into plié jumps, followed by leg lifts.
