It was a bow-down, "we are not worthy" kind of week in the celeb hair department. From heart-stoppingly pretty braids to braided ponytails, messy topknots, and sleek low ponytails, our favorite stars delivered the kind of hair inspiration you dream about and remember forever. For the premiere of Pitch Perfect 2, star Anna Kendrick positively smouldered with glamorous sideswept waves and a smoky eye courtesy of makeup artist Vanessa Scali. Inspired by Veronica Lake, hairstylist Craig Gangi chose the look to complement her one-shoulder dress so the hair demurely covered the exposed shoulder. Très chic!
We cannot stop staring at the amazingness that is Britt Robertson's expertly messy topknot and matte orange-red lip combo. File this under flyaways done right.
Makeup artist Hung Vanngo (a Byrdie fave!) gave January Jones a fresh and fun summer look inspired by her dress for an event in New York City. To create her killer black cat eye, he used Ck One Color Eyeliner Marker ($17) in The Drama. Her punchy pink lip color is Ck One Color All Day Perfection Lip Color in Flaunt. "The shade will be available in July, but a very close color can be achieved with Ck One Color Pure Lipstick ($16) in Kiss It," he says. Hair pro Bridget Brager gave Jones an unfussy knotted bun.
We are crushing hard on Lea Michele's thick curtain bangs and braided ponytail, the handiwork of stylist Sarah Potempa (of Beachwaver fame). "To give her face a strong structure, I cut her bangs just above her eyelashes and swept them long on each side," Potempa revealed of the freshly debuted bangs.

Marion Cotillard always looks flawless, but her bare skin, watermelon lip, and loose bouffant at the Dior Cruise 2016 show in Cannes was utterly perfect.
Olivia Culpo has been blowing us away in the beauty department lately, and this bronzed skin–sleek ponytail look with a nude lip and perfect brows is no exception.
Olivia Palermo took our breath away with this romantic look that evoked the Renaissance. Her perfectly messy braid was the work of her go-to stylist, Lacy Redway, who prepped strands with Big Sexy Hair Volumizing Gel ($18) before blow-drying, to pump up the volume for a fatter braid.
