It's no secret we try a lot of products, and while we try not to pick favorites, we're naturally drawn to a few specific brands and formulas that make us feel seen. Such is the case with Fenty Beauty, Pat McGrath Labs, and Flesh—three brands that offer very different formulas and serve different purposes in our lives but still make our hearts skip a beat every time we use them. They're groundbreaking in their own right, and all three create textures and offerings that are innovative and beautiful, no matter the launch.
So we wanted to round up a few of their most recent must-haves and curated a list of every product we're dying over—and you will too. There are highlighters, eye shadow palettes, foundation sticks, and eye gloss. There are universal shades, liquid luminizers, and a lipstick that looks like your lips but sultrier. There's everything you want and more right here. Keep scrolling to see all the goods.
Fenty's Diamond Milk gloss delivers glassy, shimmery shine courtesy of its milky pearl shade. It's like a dewy highlight for your lips. Conditioning shea butter hydrates throughout the entire time you wear it while the peach-vanilla scent is warm and sweet, drenching your lips in a sparkly party. Then again, would you expect any less? It was handpicked by Rihanna.
Offering up seven all-new, never-before-seen, metallic highlighter shades, Fenty's newest palette frosts your cheekbones, eyelids, and Cupid's bow with lavenders and icy blues, as well as fiery coppers and tangerines. Each one is a cream-powder hybrid that practically melts into your skin and blends with zero effort. It's gleamy, glimmery, and perfect.
These metallic eye-and-lip crayon sets can be used as liners as well as shadow and lipstick. It's a truly multitasking product, and the shades are gilded and gorgeous. Our favorites are Frost Bunny, with soft metallics and rose gold, and Frost Money (below), a bold mix of cobalt, purple, and slate gray. The formula glides on super smooth and creamy, imparting a glaze over whatever surface you choose to use it on. The result is a beautiful, glowy, slightly sheer finish that looks really cool and fresh, especially for the holidays.
These 16 richly pigmented shades are designed for all skin tones and incorporate warm, cool, and neutral hues. There are smoky options, spicy brights, and desert nudes in matte, satin, pearl, metallic, and shimmer finishes—making this palette perfect for your every mood. The formula is long-wear, rich, velvety, and easily blendable, plus it stays put and won't create that annoying lid crease you despise so much.
Fenty Beauty's hyper-limited matte liquid lipstick is, in the words of the brand, "the love child of high-impact color and low-maintenance long-wear." It's soft and weightless and absolutely doesn't budge—even after drinking, eating, and spending a night out on the town. The shades are all head-turning, but we're especially partial to this fire-engine true red, as well as a rosy mauve and chocolate brown, pictured below.
Dark circles are my enemy and the issue I deal with most when it comes to my face. Flesh created a dual-sided pen (combining two shades for better, more natural-looking coverage) that tackles both concealing and color-correcting. Both sides are creamy and lightweight, offering up a light-reflecting formula to smooth and even skin tone on the correcting end, while the cover side produces a cooling sensation upon application. There are pomegranate oil and glycerin to hydrate and brushes at each end for easy, precise application.
Use this silky liquid highlighter to illuminate and enhance your skin, as it imparts a radiant, ethereal glow with just a few drops. Each bottle contains a high concentration of mica pearls so you can go subtle or layer it on for a bolder, more showstopping look.
One of our absolute favorites, this transparent, high-shine, iridescent gloss (with a jelly-like texture) is meant for your eyes, cheeks, and lips—and wherever else you see fit. It has flecks of gold, peach, and pink and offers up a wet finish that adds brightness, dew, and high shine as you apply it.
I am in love with this rich, creamy lipstick formula—especially in the shade Hungry, a reddish, almost-the-same-as-my-natural-lip pink that's only slightly darker. The formula contains rose-hip, lavender, and white-tea extracts to keep the texture light and hydrating while you wear it. If you're looking for a moodier pick, try Pucker (below), a grape-jam shade perfect for holiday parties and cold, windy days.
The formula is thick, but once it's blended, it is so incredible. A little goes a long way, so it'll last forever, and there's a great shade range. Apply it along your inner cheeks (to nix redness), down the bridge of your nose, in the center of your chin, and in one quick swipe along the middle of your forehead. That's all you need. Then, use a damp Beautyblender to blend it all out. It offers the perfect sheer-to-medium finish when applied that way, looking glowy and not at all caked on.
McGrath's newest perfect-for-the-holidays launch is an iridescent lipstick that releases a full-coverage crystal coating of color with multidimensional, high-shine effects. It's infused with ultra-reflective pearl pigments to illuminate and hydrate your lips while adding some festive cheer to your look. This color, Nude Romantique, is a coral rose with golden pink pearl, a natural-looking shade with sparkle. Our other favorite, Flesh Fatale (below), is a bronzed rose for a spicier neutral finish.
Because McGrath's original highlighters flew off the shelves (I fancy mine my most prized makeup possession), she introduced this trio of pearl-infused, gel-powder highlighters for an even more customizable glow. When applied, each offering in the palette imparts a smooth veil of even color, accentuating your bone structure while combining the best features of powder, cream, and fluid textures.
In my humble opinion, there's nothing better than a fancy lip balm. And if you're looking for a subtle, glowy sheen and a lot of hydration housed in a golden bullet, this is it. It has a dewy, opaline finish and tons of shea butter to keep your lips moisturized, plump, and soft. The pearlescence and shimmer are an added bonus.
Pat McGrath took her three best-selling lipstick shades (the formula is richly pigmented with a sensually creamy, powerful pigment) and put them together in a discounted set. This is the perfect present to a friend or, you know, yourself. Each shade is enmeshed in a powder film combined with saturated pigment for lightweight, opaque coverage—and it looks flawless every single time.
All of McGrath's eye shadow palettes are iconic in their own right—and this new color combination is no different. Made up of shades ranging from rose gold and metallic bronze to crimson and blackened matte violet, the collection of 10 rich, cream-infused powders are all you need for a glamorous, galactic, or sophisticated look (it's up to you).
