Jade Cottee started her career at Niche Marketing Group, where an internship as a public relations and events assistant eventually parlayed itself into a full-time job as an event manager, working with brands such as Cartier and Jimmy Choo. After a couple of years, she moved to Duraflex Group Australia, where she worked as a communications and events coordinator.
Later, she became the brand executive and brand manager for Bauer Media Australia's properties: Elle, Harper's Bazaar, and Cosmopolitan. She stayed there for a year before finally taking post at Allure Media, where she worked on Byrdie, MyDomaine, and POPSUGAR Australia as a women's lifestyle commercial editor until 2018.
Jade Cottee graduated Macquarie University with a BA in media and cultural studies.
