Is hair having a Kelly Kapowski moment? A generation of women who no doubt grew up watching Saved by the Bell has started flipping their long locks across the top of their head a la Tiffani Amber Thiessen's most famous character. The unpolished side swoop turns blown-out locks or beachy waves into a carefree style with just a flick of the hand. The idea is to look windswept and undone (even if it is done consciously), so put the brushes down, step away from the flat iron, and look like the kind of girl who rolls out of bed and into a good time.
