Kim Kardashian is known for a lot of things, not least of which includes her infamous Paper magazine cover of 2014. When the image first emerged, the Internet did what it does best: promptly freak out. Some outlets even went so far as to say the image of her bare, greased-up bottom “broke” the Internet—which, though a slight hyperbole, does kind of make sense. After all—ironies of ironies—never before had a print magazine set the Internet in such a tizzy (and yes, we said tizzy). Since then, nothing has quite set off the storm of comments, shares, and so many feelings as Kim’s bare bottom, but that’s not to say the Internet has been a quiet place full of calm discussion (LOL).
