There are women famous for their killer features, and any window into how they work said feature out is sought-after, to say the least. J.Lo's booty workout? Yes, please. Gwen Stefani's ab routine? Sign us up. Gisele's leg circuit? Bring. It. On. How Michelle Obama gets her incredible sculpted arms has always fallen into the aforementioned category of coveted intel. And yesterday the world got its wish! The White House shared a video of the first lady's arm routine in honor of the fifth anniversary of her Lets Move! campaign, and we've already committed it to memory. From giving a punching bag the one-two, well, punch, to dumbbell shoulder presses and jumping rope, the video is not only highly inspiring and motivating—it's plain old badass.
