Yesterday was fun, food coma and all, but Khloé Kardashian’s trainer has some tips to keep us moving through the New Year, and they’re actually pretty doable. In a video message on Khloé’s App, Gunnar counts down his eight tips to prevent our bodies from getting soft during winter break and undoing all the hard work we’ve put in this year.

No. 1 on his list? Challenge yourself to do something active every other day. "It doesn’t have to be super high-intensity," Gunnar says, adding that committing to a 30- to 60-minute walk will help keep the body in check. Well, that certainly sounds more enjoyable than the booty exercise Khloé does. Download the Khloé App to see the full video and Gunnar's other tips.
