You've Got to See Khloé Kardashian's Unexpected Hair Accessory

Lindsey Metrus

We're all about finding creative uses for hair accessories and starting new trends. Take, for example, bobby pins: They don't just hold those pesky flyaways in place; they're actually extremely versatile, potentially transforming a hairstyle in seconds. Last night, hairstylist César Ramirez ran wild with that notion while styling Khloé Kardashian's hair for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Inspired by Khloé's menswear-chic jumpsuit, Ramirez says he wanted to "play off the androgyny with a strong, sleek, structured style." To get the look, he parted Khloé's hair down the middle and slicked it back into a chic low ponytail using Mizani Defyne Wax ($17) and securing with a long black bungee. He finished off by pinning several black bobby pins ($3) (more than we have the patience to count) on each side of her head. We often lose our three or four bobby pins to a dark hole on a night out, so using a whole package of them at once might be a risky choice for us. However, we totally commend Ramirez's ingenuity.
