We’ve been getting inspired by Khloé Kardashian’s commitment to fitness for the better part of 2015, researching everything from her trainer’s go-to butt exercise to bookmarking her daily food diary, and reading her book, Strong Looks Better Naked ($16). Lately, though, her waistline has gotten even trimmer and more toned, and we were surprised to hear she's crediting it to a recent change in her diet.
In an interview in New Beauty, Khloé admits to cutting out dairy, despite her love of cheese, and noticing a difference in her body almost overnight. Of course, as health-minded beauty editors, we know diet alone does not Khloé Kardashian’s enviable physique produce, there's a ton of hard work going on here. She keeps to a regular workout schedule and remains committed to an overall healthy diet. But this does make us want to connect with a nutritionist and generally be more aware of how, individually, our bodies respond to certain foods.
