Hailey Baldwin Reveals Her 10-Day Pre–Fashion Week Detox
Hailey Baldwin geared up for New York Fashion Week by going on a serious detox rather than hitting the gym. "Right now, I'm on a metabolic detox," she tells People. "I'm trying to reset my body before I get into the craziness of all this traveling and running around."
Sound vague? It's a technical way to describe a diet that rids the body of toxins and resets its metabolism. One of the most popular metabolic detoxes is the Master Cleanse, which happens to be a favorite of celebrities.
While Hailey didn't specify her detox of choice, she did mention that healthy eating and taking supplements for 10 days. "It's like a cleanse that you have to do with like protein powder and all this different stuff, and you have to eat a certain type of way," she explains. "I eat healthy regardless, but it's very much more scaled down."
Baldwin's other secret to making sure her body is in top shape? Sleep! "Sleep is such a big one because I think when you're traveling so much, and you're running around; you don't realize how off your body gets," she says. We totally agree.
