Gwyneth Paltrow Tells Us Her Morning Smoothie Recipe

Ever the purveyor of natural and organic beauty, Gwyneth Paltrow has launched a new line of skincare called, what else, Goop by Juice Beauty. The products range from a luxe Melting Cleanser ($90) to an Exfoliating Instant Facial ($125) that Gwyneth tells us she uses every day. And there's one more thing Gwyneth has shared with us that we can't get enough of, and that's her morning smoothie recipe. Because after all, when Paltrow spills her beauty and healthy living secrets, we listen. Find the recipe below!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. vanilla mushroom protein powder
  • 1 tsp. maca
  • 1 tsp. ashwagandha
  • 1 tsp. he shou wu
  • 1 tsp. cordyceps
  • 1 tsp. moon dust ($65) of choice
  • Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
  • Pinch of vanilla powder (optional)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz. Creates one smoothie.

While mushroom powder may turn you off (as well as the other little-known, hard-to-pronounce products), we tried the smoothie and can attest that it's quite tasty—kind of like a chocolate protein shake.
