What wild hair colors could they possibly dream up next? This fall alone, we've seen tigereye balayage, Lisa Frank–inspired rainbow, and even a brunette version of rose gold—and those shades all seem tame when you consider this next masterpiece that's sweeping the internet.

Leave it to color extraordinaire Guy Tang to crank things up a notch—after all, he's the man behind past bold color trends like oil-slick and metallic hair. And now, he somehow managed to whip up a hue that literally glows in the dark. (You'll just need a black light handy to really see its full potential.)

He calls the shade Phoenix Neon, which makes sense since, by day, it's a fiery mix of reds, oranges, and yellows.
