The Christmas cookies have been eaten, the latkes have been topped with sour cream and gobbled up, and the holiday cheer has been drunk (perhaps a few times over). After all of the heavy calories, sugars, and carbs we've consumed in way too short a time period, we're feeling a bit self-conscious about our waistlines.
