Wine and chocolate are excellent stress relievers. We can’t deny that. But when your day was more than just overflowing inbox problems, you may want to upgrade your post-work wind-down plan. Stretching relieves the stress that builds up in our bodies (think stiff necks and achy backs) while also calming the mind—basically, it’s the perfect Monday evening activity.
